Rotary Seal XSOSPO

Function:
Rotary seals are designed to seal the pressurized hydraulic fluid against the atmosphere, preventing leakage and pollution of the environment or to transfer liquids and/or gases from a stationary part into or out of rotating machinery.

Features:
  • The XSOSPO is a single action rotation seal with an outstanding lifespan.
  • Very good dynamic sealing action supported by a pre-tension spring.
  • O-Ring placed on outside diameter with double funktion: axial sealing and prevention of spiraling in the housing.
  • Slight swelling of the FPM O-ring caused by the medium has no negativ effect on the sealing function.
  • Eccentricity max. ± 0.05

Application

For sealing of rotating and pivoting shafts, reciprocating and combined (lifting and rotating) movements.

Installation

Snap-in Installation.

The outside diameter ot the PTFE component is produced with a plus tolerance and is centralized in the housing by press fitting. Axial protection must be undertaken on the non-pressure side in accordance with the operational pressure.
